Our Working Process

We eliminate technical black boxes. Here is our step-by-step methodology for turning ideas into production-ready software.

The 5-Step Infble Journey

We align incentives around weekly, visible deliverables so you always know where your project stands.

Step 01 — Discover

Requirements Engineering Call

During our initial 30-minute call, we audit your business objectives, target audience, and existing systems. We focus on identifying feasibility constraints early and refuse to pitch templated packages.

Outcome: High-level technical suggestions and architectural feasibility audit.

Step 02 — Define

Capped Scope & Roadmap Proposal

We compile a project specification defining the system architecture, database models, user roles, deployment parameters, and weekly milestones. We agree on a capped budget, eliminating unexpected developer billing rates.

Outcome: Binding project scope specification document and delivery agreement.

Step 03 — Build

Continuous Delivery & Staging

Our developers write clean code matching specifications. Every Friday afternoon, you receive a link to a staging web/app container containing all compiled features along with a markdown changelog update.

Outcome: Incremental, testable staging builds deployed live weekly.

Step 04 — Deliver

Production Quality Testing & Launch

We run unit tests, load tests, security reviews, and verify responsive screens. Upon approval, we deploy your software to your cloud instances, transfer code repositories, and hand over platform credentials.

Outcome: Production-ready code deployed live, full platform ownership transfer.

Step 05 — Support

30-Day Post-Launch SLA

We monitor server uptimes, correct any layout anomalies, resolve database queries, and support user onboarding tasks. We stand behind our code quality, providing peace of mind after launch day.

Outcome: Technical support, server optimization audits, and feature extensions planning.

What You Get Per Engagement

Every project delivery comes with standard code handovers and system documentation, regardless of size.

Frequently Asked Questions

We believe in answering tough technical questions transparently. If your question is not here, contact us directly.

Do you sign NDAs before initial requirements calls?

Yes. We respect your intellectual property. If you have a specific NDA template, send it to contact@infble.com before our scheduled call and we will sign it. Otherwise, we can provide a mutual NDA for you.

How do you handle project scope changes?

We define scope clearly during Step 2. If you need new features mid-build, we evaluate the addition. If it fits the timeline, we include it at no extra cost. If it requires major architectural alterations, we calculate a separate addendum proposal, keeping initial deliverables unaffected.

Who owns the codebase and server configurations?

You do. 100% of the code, database designs, and assets we build belong to you from the moment the invoice is settled. We establish the repositories and cloud accounts under your organization name so you maintain complete administrative control.

How long does an MVP build usually take?

Most startup MVPs (e.g. Next.js SaaS, patient scheduling portals, custom CMS platforms) are delivered within 6 to 10 weeks. Consulting or performance audits can be concluded in 1 to 3 weeks.

What happens after the 30-day support window closes?

After 30 days, you can transition to a custom retainer for ongoing features, or handle updates internally. Because we deliver documented, standard code, any senior developer can take over the codebase without onboarding friction.
